Men / Women
Titus Sports Academy trains both men and women. The main concern for women is usually weight or size reduction and this will happen, but over a period of time (not initially). Due to the stress of the training, muscles will react by storing more water in order for them to recover. Do not gauge progress on the scale, bodyweight may not change for several weeks due to a gain in lean bodyweight and loss of water/fat weight. Men tend to get stronger and leaner more quickly due to hormonal differences, as well as a larger muscle structure.
